The above durations are subject to change by action of the Board of Trustees.
If the Student registered in an academic year wishes to cancel their enrolment for that year, the following conditions shall apply:
Student may cancel his/her enrolment for the current academic year of study as a whole during the respective academic year, however the Consumer shall be liable to pay the reasonable cancellation costs that Innovation College has determined to be reasonable, which is equal to 2 (two) monthly instalments plus any amount(s) in arrears applicable to the course registered for and respective Consumer debtor account balance. However, at the discretion of Innovation College and subject to the parties reaching agreement on the relevant terms and conditions, the Consumer debtor account and course registration may be deferred to a course within the same academic year, to the same Student at the election of the Consumer or Student.

Deferral of Programmes
All Students wishing to defer their studies, or part thereof, may make an application in writing to Innovation College within 14 (fourteen) days of the start of the course whereupon flexible study options may be considered at the sole discretion of Innovation College. A deferral charge of 30% (thirty percent) of the original cost of the programme to be deferred will be levied against the Consumer as a precondition to Innovation College approving the application for the deferral. A full ‘Deferral Policy’ Document will be made available to the Student and is also available at all Innovation College campuses and forms part of this contract of enrolment.
Address for receiving of documents
Innovation College and the Student and Consumer choose as their addresses for service of legal documents the addresses listed at the top of this agreement. Any party to this agreement may change its address by delivering to the party a written notice of the new address in the manner specified in the National Credit Act, and any delivery made or attempted at such address chosen by the Student shall be proof of completion of Innovation College’ obligation to ensure appropriate and legal delivery of legal documents to the student, parent and/or guarantor.
Furthermore, delivery by hand at the Innovation College campus in which the student is registered shall be considered an acceptable address for legal documents to be served to the student, parent and/or guarantor.
With regard to any study material or other resources due to the Student, the Student warrants that such address at which delivery of all material and/or study notes etc. is to be effected and indemnifies Innovation College against any claim for non-delivery of Student materials. The onus is on the student to ensure receipt of the study materials due to them in accordance with this agreement.
Legal Declaration and Indemnity
Neither Innovation College nor any official employee or representative of Innovation College acting in his/her capacity as such shall be liable for any damages arising out of:

Rules and Regulations
The Student by his/her signature hereto, hereby agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations of any Innovation College that he/she attends and acknowledges that he/she can be disciplined in terms thereof. The Student further acknowledges that right of admission to any of Innovation College campus is strictly reserved and Innovation College may at its own discretion refuse admittance to any Student.
The terms and conditions contained herein superseded by only the terms and conditions contained on the Innovation College website (www.Innovation College.co.za) shall be the entire contract between the Student/Consumer and no alteration and/or any verbal representation and/or variation or amendment will be of any force and effect unless such is reduced to in writing and signed by all parties hereto.
I, the undersigned Student/Consumer/Parent/Guarantor hereby do confirm that the following points listed below (where applicable to me), have been brought to my attention, and that by my signature herein, I do agree to all stated terms and conditions as applicable to my course.

I further understand that should I terminate my enrolment or not attend lectures for whatever reason, I am still liable for the programme fees as stated in the terms and conditions of this contract.
